close relationship with Interzoo visitors, especially the German retailers; however, in recent years EHEIM’s growth markets have shifted further afield and the company has made the decision to invest in developing International markets.
EHEIM Managing Director Gebhard Wagenblast commented „I consider Interzoo to be a first class trade fair on an international level; however, we have decided to invest our planned budgets for 2016 in new growth areas. Among our strategic investments this year, we plan to be present at all local trade fairs in Europe as well as in the USA and Asia. Furthermore we are working full steam to complete our new pond portfolio including new technical products and accessories.”
EHEIM Sales Director Gebhard Mang adds: „In Germany we are in close contact with all of our relevant retailers via our direct distribution and the same applies for all of our international wholesalers. In future we wish to meet potential new business partners from countries that would not necessarily visit Interzoo, therefore developing and increasing our brand awareness outside of Germany and Europe.”
