The aquaristics specialist EHEIM has been honoured with the “Best Brand of the Year 2026” award in the Aquarium Technology category. The award underlines the brand’s high standing in specialist retail as well as its consistent commitment to technical quality, reliability and system expertise.

2025

Trophée d’Or de l’Innovation

EHEIM was honoured by Promojardin Promanimal with the “Trophée d’Or de l’Innovation 2025”. Out of 60 entries, the EHEIM aquaAlert+e convinced the jury with precise sensor technology, reliable data analysis and a clear practical benefit for aquaristics. The award also confirms EHEIM’s role as a technological pioneer.

Brand of the Year 2025

EHEIM was already honoured with the “World Branding Award” as “Brand of the Year” in 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2023. The company has now received the prestigious award for the fifth time. The award ceremony took place on 3 July 2025. The “World Branding Awards” are presented by the World Branding Forum (WBF), a registered worldwide non-profit organisation based in London.

Specialist Retail Brand of the Year

The aquaristics specialist EHEIM has now been honoured for three consecutive years with the renowned Plus X Award as “Specialist Retail Brand of the Year”. The award is a clear sign of the lasting trust and high regard the company enjoys in specialist retail. With this choice, specialist retailers once again confirm EHEIM’s special position as a reliable partner, convincing not only through high-quality products but also through continuity, closeness to practice and a mature retail structure.

At the renowned “Brands of the Century” award ceremony in Berlin, EHEIM was once again honoured. This recognition, organised by the ZEIT publishing group, honours the brand as a synonym for innovation, quality and sustainability in the aquaristics industry. The “Brand of the Century” award honours EHEIM as a leading brand in aquaristics and underlines the importance of quality and innovation that have shaped the company for decades.

Specialist Retail Brand of the Year

The aquaristics specialist EHEIM has been honoured for the second time with the renowned Plus X Award as “Specialist Retail Brand of the Year” – this time for 2024/25 in the “Pond Technology” product group. The award honours not only the quality of the products and the company’s innovative strength, but also underlines its commitment to cooperation with specialist retailers. To this end, the relevant trade was again surveyed this year.
